A complete platform for your federation — not a booking fee per athlete.
Standard tournament platforms charge every competitor at every event. A federation needs more: licences, national rankings, team selection, championships, accreditation, travel and reports — in its own brand, priced once a year.
What the federation gets
Season and licences
Seasons, age-category rules, weight-class presets and licensed athletes, clubs, coaches and referees.
National championships
Entries from clubs, weigh-in, draws, live scoring and official results — the same system at every event of the season.
Rankings
Season rankings from every event, owned by the federation and published on its own portal.
National team
Squad selection with head-to-head reports, camp call-ups with RSVP, entries to international events.
Referees
Referee applications, assignments, rotations and evaluations.
International events
Delegations, accreditation, hotels, room allocation and airport transfers.
Board and office
Board meetings, training courses, membership fees and annual reports.
Several federations, one system
A national federation can belong to more than one international body; each sees exactly its own events and rankings.
Pricing built for federations
One annual plan sized to your federation, with every module included. No fee per competitor, no commission on entry fees, no surprise when your championships grow.
Features on demand
If your federation needs something new — a report for the ministry, a selection rule, a new scoring system — we build it, usually within weeks, and keep maintaining it with every release.
FAQ
Do you charge a fee per competitor or per registration?
No. Many tournament platforms charge every athlete a booking fee or take a percentage of entry fees. Martial Cup does not: federations pay a fixed annual plan, organisers a fixed price per event, clubs a flat subscription. Entry fees stay with you.
Can our federation run all its championships and rankings in one system?
Yes. Seasons, licences, every national event, rankings, national-team selection and reports live in one system under your brand, so results never have to be copied between tools.
Can international federations use it too?
Yes. The platform already hosts international federations side by side; a national federation can be a member of several, and each international body sees only its own events, entries and rankings.
Can you add a feature we need?
Yes — features on demand are part of the offer. If your federation needs a ranking formula, a selection report, a new scoring rule or an export to your ministry, we build it into the platform, usually within weeks. Because every sport shares one core, a feature built for you also gets maintained and tested with every release.
Can the system follow our own competition rules?
Yes. Age groups, weight classes, tolerances, draw systems (single elimination, repechage, round robin, pools, play-offs), seeding, scoring and tie-breaks are configured per sport and per federation, not hard-coded.
Who owns the competition data and how is GDPR handled?
The federation or organiser is the data controller; we act only as the processor under a written data processing agreement (Art. 28 GDPR). Consent forms, parental consent for minors and authorisation forms for coaches and administrators are generated by the system. Hosting is provided by Convex, Inc. (USA) under Standard Contractual Clauses.
Can we use our own brand and domain?
Yes. Each sport or federation can run as its own product with its own name, colours, logo and domain — like Sumo Cup and Wrestling Cup — on the shared, tested core.
