Online registration for combat-sport tournaments, without spreadsheets.

Clubs enter their competitors in the right category, the organiser sees every entry the moment it arrives, and the weigh-in list is ready before the doors open. Late changes, withdrawals and corrections stay in one place instead of a hundred emails.

From entry form to weigh-in list

  • Entries by age, weight and belt

The form offers only the categories a competitor is eligible for, using your age groups, weight classes and belt or experience rules.

  • Club and national team entries

A coach enters a whole squad in one go; a national federation approves the team before it reaches the organiser.

  • Import a start list

Already have a file? Load an Excel or CSV start list, link each competitor to an existing profile and fix the doubtful rows in one screen.

  • Weigh-in on the same data

Weights are recorded against the entry, out-of-category competitors are flagged at once and can be moved to the right class.

  • Deadlines and limits

Close entries on a date, cap a category and keep a record of every change and withdrawal.

  • Accreditation and badges

Entries become printable badges with photo and access zones, and a desk shows who has collected theirs.

What organisers stop doing

  1. Retyping entries from emails and forms
  2. Chasing clubs for the missing date of birth or weight class
  3. Drawing brackets from a list nobody trusts
  4. Answering the same question about who is registered

FAQ

Can clubs register competitors online for a martial arts tournament?

Yes. A coach signs in, picks the event and enters competitors in the categories they are eligible for. The organiser sees entries live, can confirm or reject them and exports the list.

Can I import an existing start list from Excel?

Yes. An Excel or CSV start list is read in the browser, each competitor is linked to an existing profile or created once, and doubtful matches are confirmed by the operator before anything is saved.

Do you charge a fee per competitor or per registration?

No. Many tournament platforms charge every athlete a booking fee or take a percentage of entry fees. Martial Cup does not: federations pay a fixed annual plan, organisers a fixed price per event, clubs a flat subscription. Entry fees stay with you.

Does it work without internet in the venue?

Yes. Weigh-in, draws, live results, reports and status changes keep working offline on the devices already open; everything syncs when the connection returns. Sports halls rarely have reliable Wi-Fi, so this was designed in from the start.
